The Quantitative, Translational ADME Sciences (QTAS) department at AbbVie is seeking a highly motivated and energetic bioanalytical scientist to join the biologics characterization and bioanalysis group. The main function of this position will be to develop and implement LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry)-based bioanalysis and in vitro characterization assays of biologics entities, including monoclonal antibody, multi-specific antibody, antibody drug conjugate (ADC), lipid nanoparticles (LNP), Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) etc. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the optimization and implementation of novel and routine LC-MS-based bioanalytical methods to support in-vivo PK and TK studies as well as in-vitro stability characterization of biologics and genetic medicines. The candidate will be responsible for routine sample preparation, method development, instrument maintenance, data analysis, writing reports, and presenting data at internal and external meetings.Key tasks and responsibilities:
