Technical Support Senior TechnicianAt Dell Technologies, world-class service doesn?t end when a customer purchases our innovative products. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support.   • Provides first Level Technical Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals. Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
  • Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems. Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
  • Assumes a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions. Meeting the revenue goals
  • Knowledge of Spares Parts and WKS

  • Fluent in French
  • Knowledge in Sales skills & sales applications. Strong Technical Aptitude & Troubleshooting Skills. Expert knowledge of on-line tools (Delta, GII,..)
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows Applications and Operating systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components. Good skills in software issues
Desirable Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma in computing
  • Working knowledge of PC architecture/technology
