Will be required to assess with concerned department heads staffing needs and prepare master staffing plan accordingly.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor?s Degree in any Business Majors.
• 2-5 years of strong experience in talent acquisition or similar role, preferably in Hospitality industry. Previous recruitment agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent command in English language.
• In depth knowledge of applicant tracking system (Workday), online channels ( talent solutions, jobsites...etc.).
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.

• To take ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
• Advise suitable sourcing strategies, establishing a delivery timelines of each milestone and sourcing potential candidates that are qualified to fill open positions through multiple online channels (, Workday, campus recruitment, local jobsite...etc.).
• Review the incoming applications of candidates through our applicant tracking system and to give correct and timely feedback.
• Work closely with the hiring managers of different departments to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs. Identify their staffing needs, determine the right selection criteria & discuss role detail.
• Conduct candidates? interviews following Four Seasons qualification, selection guidelines and competency frameworks.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage candidate pools to ensure qualitative candidates remain engaged for possible future opportunities.
• Keep an eye on talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry to integrate emerging trends & opportunities that could improve our recruitment strategy.
• Responsible for delivering, reporting the recruitment updates and maintaining records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with concerns.
• To work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
