Assist the Spa Manager with the supervision, management and growth of the staff.
Supervise all the Spa staff including reception, therapist, rooms and retail attendant.
Process monthly inventory for retail products and supervise retail attendant to maintain the area clean and attractive.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and act as a role model.
Monitor operating supply funds for the Spa Department and generate necessary purchase orders and requisitions, under Spa Management Guideline.
Monitor the spa attendant standards and engineering issues by daily walkthroughs around the spa facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up.
Review all suggestions and comments from guests and give the appropriate follow up with the spa Manager.
Assisting the Spa Manager in implementing staffing guidelines, discipline, operational procedures, developing new spa treatments.
Effectively manage the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.
