The candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change easily, and see it as an opportunity, able to see requirements and solutions globally and act in implementation quickly aligned with the team. Team members will design, develop, test, and deploy applications to help meet the needs of Oracle?s global business units.Our group is responsible for building applications and solutions for OCM. We design, develop and implement futuristic solutions to help our customers solve business problems. If you are someone having a strong technical background who enjoys working with developers and with business teams and passionate about learning new technologies, we would like to meet you!As a Software Developer in the Oracle OCM team, you will have the opportunity to drive business success by developing some of the newest and most exciting applications.We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills in Full Stack Application Development, such as JavaScript ES6, HTML5/CSS3,Java, SQL, Oracle DB, NodeJS, JSON, REST API, Preact/ReactJS, JQuery etc. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change easily and see it as an opportunity, able to see requirements and solutions globally and act in implementation quickly aligned with the team. Team members will design, develop, test, and deploy applications to help meet the needs of Oracle?s global business units.

• Analyze business requirements, propose design solutions and technology selections
• Design and develop applications and solutions using the latest Web Technologies
• Promote and demonstrate teamwork and best industry practices.
• Continuously learn emerging new technologies and seek the possibilities of their adaptation to improve continuously the technology stack we use.

Required skills/experience:

• Sound knowledge and experience in the latest web technologies and trends
• Bachelor?s Degree
• 4-6years of experience developing web applications and solutions in a medium to large corporate IT organization.
• Extensive experience with a JavaScript framework (React/Redux/etc.)
• Experience in building and testing Java EE applications.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design.
• In-depth working knowledge of popular Java frameworks
• Knowledge of the following programming languages and technologies is highly desirable: JavaScript ES6, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, Oracle DB, JQuery, JSON, REST API, NodeJS,AJAX etc.
• Experience with optimizing applications including JavaScript profiling, memory usage, and page speed optimization
• Experience with responsive and reactive design
• Good written and Presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Experience in agile software development methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in continuous integration and delivery are a plus.
• Experience building microservices is a plus.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.As part of Oracles employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process.
