Your mission is to handle due diligence documentation for prospective and existing WU Agents to provide innovative solutions to help standardize our operation processes and improve the customer journey which will help fuel growth for the business. You will be coordinating between various teams internally and externally to provide training to these retail outlets WU agents and sub-agents and manage upgrades, maintenance, and solutions when required. You?ll suggest operational improvement initiatives to business leaders, ensuring these are both cost-effective and compliant. For this role, we require you to be degree-educated in addition to experience working in an operational support role, preferably within a retail environment. You are a great communicator with great attention to detail and have a proactive mindset towards improvement initiatives.
