Main purpose of positionICARDA (International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas) has received PRIMA funds under the Empowering women associations as drivers for agroecological transformation to generate income for Mountain farming communities (MountainHER) and is now seeking a qualified candidate capable of supporting the project activities. These will include the testing of germplasm of wheat and barley in a participatory approach with local communities of the Atlas Mountains. In addition, several socio-economic aspects will be studied in partnership with local and international women cooperatives for the production of traditional foods and malt products.
