In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills to positively influence your peers and project stakeholders.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customer in the Telecom sector and you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer project stakeholders for the flawless execution of the project, performing risk, schedule management and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relative discipline
• MSc degree will be considered an additional asset
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position of IT Project Manager mainly in IT Telecom Industry
• Excellent knowledge of French and English languages (written and verbal)
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong experience with Project Management tools, e.g Jira, PM office etc
• Strong experience with Software Development Life Cycle phases and techniques
• Solid understanding of Telecom software application logical and physical architecture
• Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process experience will be considered a plus
• Experience in programming or systems analysis will be considered a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Participate in the scope definition as per customer specifications
• Clarify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as a point of contact
• Plan and execute IT projects throughout the different project stages: from initiation and planning, to monitoring and reporting project execution and finally to project closure
• Manage and coordinate UAT and Pre-Production project phases
• Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form

• Manage project dependencies and capacities
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for complex, large-scale projects
• Perform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities
• Compose the project team, assign tasks and manage the schedule
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Conduct project risk assessments and deliver mitigation plans & actions
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports, with on site presence if required.

OUR REQUIREMENTSTo qualify for the role, you must have:

• University Degree in, Engineering, Information Technology Mathematics, or related field
• Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies
• Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) would be an asset
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in Project Management for in IT projects in Telecom sector
• Experience in Consulting will be considered a plus
