Job Description

Responsible for the shaping of the terminal business demands, aligning the requirements, progressing the delivery of his/her demands. Works closely with the terminal IT Manager to build the Tech budget and control the Tech costs. Actively collaborate with his business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency adopting new Tech capabilities.Responsible :Research and analyses improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements. Develops business requirement documents and specifications.Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processesAnalyse data and work with management to develop creative IT solutionsWorks closely with the terminal operational and functional team to identify and implement improvements to business operations, services and modelsCollaborate with the regional platform business analyst to identify opportunities to modernize, streamline and standardize the terminal tech portfolioProvide the frontline perspective to the various regional and global tech teams and ensure terminals constraints are captured at an early stage of a new capability developmentParticipates in the development of root cause analysis for major incidents impacting the terminal operations and ensure identified countermeasures are deployed as plannedWith the Terminal IT manager, define the terminal Tech portfolio modernization, infrastructure simplification and applications rationalizationAccountable for :Opportunities analysis, demands definition and management and driving the process to project execution/implementationThe end-to-end terminal demands orchestration, prioritization, alignment, escalation etc.Manage the overall terminal change agenda deliveryDefining the budget required to support the pipeline of terminal key demandsCritical competencies :Advanced Data analysis skillsGood understanding of the terminal operating modelShows credibility with Terminal leadership teamExperience with Agile principles and methodsExperience with applying WOW (Lean) standards and toolingWorking experience managing demands* Problem Solving sounding experienceAdditional infoRef.
