Duties (non exchaustive):- Owns overall customer / distributor / agent relationship in specific country or countries- Manages existing & potential customer base, identify and develop new sales opportunities, develop and foster customer commercial relationships, and manage customer contracts and agreements- Ensures sales are aligned with marketing strategies, is responsible to identify market trends, applications & product opportunities- Proposes tactical customer / distributor prices, seeks endorsement below certain price level, ensures revenue maximization- Manages sales pipeline identification, progression and execution as part of ADT (is a member of the ADT) and individually. Ensure proper C360 documentation- Ensures development and execution against customer account plans; owns sales targets- Identifies commercial risks including deal evaluation, contract negotiation and execution- Executes sales initiatives and priorities consistent with plans- Collects market and competitive intelligenceSCOPE- Development of specific work unit goals and plans including to meet business plan deliverables- Development and execution of account plans and sales contracts consistent with processes and standards #- Management of Credit & Pricing consistent with defined offer standards- Monitors local warehouse operations and ensures timely feedback to SC as neededKEY INTERFACES- Area Sales Manager- ADT chairs- Marketing- Customer Development Team- Customer Service Team
