Our clients include leading Consultancies, Fortune 500 companies, Governments and NGOs.About this roleAs a Recruitment Intern, you will support our Recruitment department?s daily activities, for the local office in Casablanca and for specific positions in other offices.You will work under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Manager, while working very closely with the local Country Manager and the Infomineo service team to ensure targets are met within the recruiting team.What you will do

  • Recruitment Process
  • Post the job descriptions on the different platforms
  • Screen the CVs and conduct HR interviews
  • Prepare meetings for the Managers for the technical interviews
  • Manage the pool of interviews from the core team
  • Collect the reference check
  • Track & organize HR Data
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
2. Campus and Employer Branding Management
  • Support with managing a relationship with contacts from key universities for career days / jobs fairs and shadowing days
  • Facilitate local job fair with the different universities
  • Partner with the Hiring Manager and Marketing to share updates about our recruitment needs in the Region
3. Recruitment Digital Tools
  • Update and follow up on the communication with the candidates through Workable (our application tracking tool)
  • Manage the IT related issues with the support team of Workable
