Perform WH & Distributors audit. Participate in quality Programs. IFG quality inspection.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspection of imported finished goods & CM to ensure that they meet quality UL standards and report any non-conformance if found.
  • Release and blockage of products via SAP
  • Inspection of Returned products
  • Inspection of Local products when needed.
  • Monitoring of Temperature & Humidity in the WH
  • Perform market visits
  • Lead verification of ongoing compliance to Unilever Quality Management Standards in third party re-packers, distributors and logistics WHs through communications, self-assessment activities, KPI monitoring, technical visits, etc.
  • Support Marketing and R&D on innovations projects
  • Support R&D, logistics and factory team on transit trials.
  • Lead the Dummy recall through logistics chain.
  • Lead the block and release test.
  • Assists Incident investigation & reporting per Unilever IM requirements.
  • Assists investigation of Customer/Consumer complaint.
  • Drive transformation of Quality activities data collection, assessment & analysis into a digital tools & dashboards to be able to help driving fast business improvement.
  • Supports preparation of external audits in the warehouse.
Key Competencies & Skills:
  • Inspection of products.
  • Release & block on ERP system (eg. SAP).
  • Quality audits.
  • Investigation on Consumer/customer complaints.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft office package (Excel , Word , PPT?)
  • Minimum 2 years in FMCG industry / Quality experience.
