More than 284,000 committed and highly motivated employees in 478 locations in 45 countries make us one of the most successful international automotive suppliers.To strengthen our team, we are looking for aProduction Planner Specialist Level 1.Position Tasks :Coverage control:Cross check the production plan is aligned with thershold(MIN--MAX) without generating the shortages or excess, and make the coorectionCommunication with the Customer Service Center (CSC):Communication with the CSC about fluctuations in orders (increase & decrease) with proof of cumulative analyze (YSDORDER)Analysis OPS current month with previous volumes, Take rates of specifc familiesAlign the SOP data with MPS:Milestones, Volumes beyond 3 mois,Calendar plantWeekly update of MPS file stock, Customer orders (Using OPS as arbitrage if needed) Run the short term plan by eliminating previous planning orders and automatically calculating new planning orders according to criteria agreedDefine EOP and SOP with project team according end cums & capacitiesCommunicate and follow up of the end cums until exhaustion( with IE / Production/ procurement)Alert about any risk on FG delivery J-1 before ETD (Mass production + prototype)Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEMEA/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.Position Requirement :Education Level : Master degree : Industrial engineering ; LogisticsMin professional experience : 1-2 yearsProfessional Knowledge and skills :Microsoft Office : AdvancedOutlook : AdvancedSAP : BasicFrench ; English; Arabic : AdvancedCompetencies :Production Planning management ;Project management ;Supply chain management ;Lean Manufacturing ;Initiative;Confidence;Adaptability;Motivation;Willingness to learnAt Yazaki, we arecommitted to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
