Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated product Owner to be the point person in our scrum team.The product owner will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s).You should also be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.Responsibilities:

  • Be the referent of a profession for the applications entrusted to you
  • Analyze business processes and needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Carry out project pre-studies and help determine which projects to put forward
  • Identify and document the scope, the needs of the stakeholders, and the impact on the organization of the projects to be started
  • As part of a project, identify the requirements that the product must meet and specify the acceptance tests for the requirements
  • Be responsible for coordinating projects in your field with the business lines
  • Ensure sprint planning and UAT tests.
  • Manage production launches
Product Owner Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years? experience in project management with Agile experience
  • Experience as a Business analyst or product owner
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Write users story
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal French and English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
