You will also me in charge of meeting the forcats whilst involving involving functional leaders through daily meetings and actions to ensure plant kpis are met.You will be in charge of developing CI culture by tracking and reporting key operational metrics, improving them continuously and ensuring A player direct reports..As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)Manage plant to achieve sales targets and meet the operating Income targetDrive successful audits & certificationsAchieve the customer quality requirementsDeploy LPA on all plant levels and ensure compliance and actions completionEnsure compliance on 5SSupport culture of Expect ? RespectSupport HR 2021 motivation plan deploymentEncourage community servicesPerform Quarterly Talking points for direct reports & insure execution for the rest of operations teamBuild a team of direct report of A players.
