Job Description

Manufacturing Graduate Program ( MFG-PRO) is designed to help you start off your international career in the Automotive Industry 4.0. As program participant, you will develop your leadership potential through various assignments in different locations across the EMEA regionYour RoleMFG-PRO provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience of different functions across the manufacturing organization (Product Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Production Control & Logistics, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Quality )

  • 2 years of continuous and structured development.
  • Participants of the program will rotate through 4 assignments, each lasting 6 months.
    • 3 assignments in home country
    • 1 international assignment.
Over the course of the program we?ll work with you to develop that potential in 2 key areas:
  • Personal growth - Learning how to lead, communicate and collaborate.
  • Professional development - Gaining specific expertise in your area of choice.
In 3-4 years following program completion, you?ll have an opportunity to grow your role into a leadership positionYour Background
  • Driven, creative, and fearless talents graduating this year or within last 2 years
  • Excellent communication and team work skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to think outside the box when under pressure
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English
  • Adventurers who are ready for an international assignment.
