Accountabilities:

Constantly indorse safe work environment.
Train and mentor new employees.
Participate in the evaluation of the progress of New recruits in training.
Escalate performance management issues during Training to Training Manager.
Work in coordination with operational teams.
Be able to meet training needs in terms of hours of work and travel.
Strictly comply with established procedures and rules.
Learn and faithfully apply work procedures.
Check all parameters before starting operations.
Analyze information from different systems.
React quickly and make appropriate decisions.
Alert in case of anomalies encountered.
Report breakdowns to the relevant interlocutors.
Report immediately any safety hazards during operations and if necessary stop until such are rectified.
Keep your calm and manage stressful situations effectively.
Monitor the quality of processes and contribute to their improvement.
Provide follow-up documents.
Take part in equipment handling

Who we are looking for:

Requires a bachelor (baccalaur�at) degree with three years of additional relevant vocational education, (Bac +3 )
Previous experience in operating heavy lift equipment is required.
Proven experience as trainer.
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
Patient, know how to explain clearly with ability to speak in public.
Computer literate. Good command of basic Microsoft Office software.?
Excellent eye and hand coordination.
Not acrophobic or color blind/daltonic
