Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Job Purpose:The Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion activities his geographic territory.Key accountabilities: Visit physicians to promote Viatris products and maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sales call and contributing to taking a bigger market share. Distribute product samples and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals. Follow up with HCPs to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Viatris products. Provide approved information to HCPs on Viatris products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects. Provide feedback to Sales Manager on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access. Report visits and other activities using reporting system on regular bases. Prepare short term and long term POA for his territory/line of products in association with Viatris Sales Manager Morocco with detailed activities to follow to achieve individual sales target. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to HCP of various solutions the company?s products offer patients.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within their assigned territory, to maximise its potential.Level of Responsibility: Tasks are performed under the general direction of Viatris Morocco; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territory. ?position Relationships:

  • Similar position holders across the country.
  • Supportive department (IT, Medical, Marketing, Finance, HR, Regulatory Affairs)
  • Opinion Leaders and Field Experts.
Essential personal Qualifications:
  • Need to have at least 2 years experience as Medical representative
  • Having been promoting different products and portfolios
  • Adequate Education Background.
  • Pharmaceutical sales knowledge/ experience.
  • Effective Selling skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Good in French. English is a plus
