He/She will be reporting to the Plant Manager.The plant will go into SOP in July 2023 and our main customers will be internal and external wire harness plants.Our future Logistics Manager?s, as part of the management team, participates in decision making and planning activities to ensure the profitability of the plant and the achievement of the plants measurable indicatorsHe/She will be responsible for the management of the Logistics and Customer Service Centre.As LogisticsManager, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)

• Participates in meetings with customers and auditors, Responsible for working with customer portals and working with customer reviews Establishes and implements internal logistics system strategy and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and to achieve customer requirements
• Analyzes customer demands, and strategically manages the coordination of material supplies to ensure production. Manages shipments and direct communication with customers and manages production planning in accordance with customer requirements
• Manages inventory and material deliveries to the plant to ensure daily production and maintain standards
• Manage suppliers and their development monitors and recommends new material sourcing procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for managing the delivery of goods purchased from other suppliers
• Leads and coordinate production transfers to Lear Morocco plant. Ensures information exchange with central logistics.
• Establish inbound and outbound logistics flows and monitor their effectiveness and efficiency.

• Strong drive, determination, and management skills to lead from the front and get the best out of your team.
• PreviousLogistics Manager or Management experience
• Previous experience in launching or growing new business
• Excellent people skills: leadership ability to build and direct the department
• Strategic and analytical skills with a passion for logistics and delivery
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships within corporate and operational functions.
• Project management skills
• Fluency in English Language is mandatory
• University degree in an engineering or technical discipline ?
