Leading the regional marketing team, you will empower and mentor them, alongside using your previous knowledge and experience to drive collaboration across the business functions in our organization to deliver marketing values and meet regional objectives. Working closely with the Country Directors, go-to-market sales, and product teams you will deliver the revenue plan through a strategy geared towards new customer acquisition and lead generation, improving satisfaction and retention, and gaining share of wallet among existing customers for the regional team.We will look to you to have experience in a Strategic Marketing role within an international environment ? you may have a degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses within financial services / payments. You have experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams. Fluency in English and French is required for this role.
