2+ years of relevant experience in campus recruiting, professional services firm or a multinational organization
Strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle
Strong sense of ownership to effectively work on tasks and drive for results
Ability to structure and prioritize own tasks and to stay focused under pressure
Strong team player willing to share knowledge and experience
Optimistic and value-driven mindset, passion and confidence to work with people and willing to give business requirements priority

WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will be based in Casablanca office as a part of our regional recruiting team with the main focus on campus recruiting & young leadership programs in Africa & the Middle East.WHAT YOULL DOYou will manage McKinseys presence and reputation on campus by building relationships with career services contacts and maintain strong relationships with McKinseys global offices/practices (consultants and recruiters).In this role, you will lead all recruiting efforts to attract, assess and cultivate talent from core and emerging sources. This includes identifying and building personal relationships with target candidates, managing a high volume of applications and leading and/or supporting large scale interview days, and cultivating relationships with on campus celebrations and activities.You will advise on best approaches for focused activity on campus and ensure appropriate representation and engagement from participating offices/practices throughout the recruiting life cycle.You will also manage sponsorships with campus student groups and identify new partnerships to continue to ensure that students from all backgrounds consider opportunities at McKinsey.You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting results and disseminate all relevant information relating to your efforts including developing annual analysis of recruiting results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.
