The IT Financial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses. Assisting departments in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects. Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on timeMain ResponsibilitiesOverall Responsibilities: * Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses* Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time* Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance* Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design* Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process* Ensure the framing of the dashboard project and IT reporting (collection of functional needs, study of the solution, establishment of the production schedule)* Lead functional specification workshops with the referents of each IT function (IT Financial - IT Project & Bid Management - IT Operations - IT Solutions - IT Service Desk - PMO)* Analyze the existing situation and produce consolidation packages for the IT functions (performance indicators, dashboards, analysis axes, data sources, etc.)* Formalize the functional specifications (calculation rules for indicators, functional descriptions of indicators, reporting models, etc.)* Design the functional and physical schemas of the BI databases (data warehouse and DataMart per domain)* Develop all data integration processes (ETL: Extract-transform-load)* Manage the evolutionary maintenance of the BI databases* Develop and implement dashboards and reports according to the identified and structured needs* Design a deployment plan for the BI solution* Accompany internal clients in the use of the tools and reports made available (tool training, design of user guides etc.)Security Role and Responsibilities:* Process personal data, customer data and data relating to the companys procedures and businesses in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data, the internal regulations, the security policy and the companys SI usage charter.* Protect personal data, customer data and data on the internal functioning of the company by ensuring that the confidentiality is respected, even after the contractual relationship between the company and the employee has ended.* Immediately inform the supervisor of potential threats and plausible incidents that may impact the normal work flow and secure data processing..* Ensure proper handling of information and use of IT resources, applying all applicable rules and procedures.* Participate in company-organized security training, including training on data protection and processing.Competencies and professional backgroundEducationalBackground* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.* Project Management certification is a plus* Experience: At least +7 years of experience of related experience and +5 years in a similar positionTechnical skills/knowledge* Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal* Business intelligence* ETL development* Writing of BI functional specifications* Design of decision support systems* Development of reports and dashboards* Operation of Decision Support Systems* Strong Project Management SkillsSoft skills* High level of critical thinking and analytical skills* Ability to communicate effectively* Customer orientation* Change Management* Ability to synthesize* Excellent organizational and performance management skillsAt Majorel, diversity is a part of our DNA.
