Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction.Join us as an Account Manager Internon our Inside Sales team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you?ll achieveAs an Account Manager Intern Internyou will be responsible for supporting the Sales team to achieve their business goals for Mid-Market, France.You will:

  • Working with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
  • Proactively identifying customer needs/requirements and recommending/quoting appropriate Dell Services
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
  • Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship
  • Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems and needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
Essential Requirements
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in French
  • Graduated less than 12 months ago with a Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of IT service offerings
  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators
  • Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed
