  • Handle HR operations based on policies and guidelines in line with local legislation.
  • Support Regional HRBP in driving interventions in learning &engagement.
  • File employee-related documentation; maintain employee records and supports delivery of reports and analytics to drive decision making.
  • Answer and process transactional activities (payroll, system changes/updates, etc.) according to the defined processes.
  • Perform checks on changes in the system, identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections
  • Contributes to continuous improvement activities in the organization
  • Addresses potential process improvement solutions where applicable
  • Works on local and regional projects as necessary and required
Your profile
  • 3 years of HR experience in a multinational company
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes (recruitment, engagement, performance management, learning & development, etc.) and policies
  • Knowledge of local labor law
  • Fluency in French, good English
  • Experience in process-oriented environment
  • Experience with handling confidential data
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & passion for results
