The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level :- To Respect the service sequences.- To respect Four Seasons standards according to our guests expectations and preferences.- Organize her day according to priorities and knowledge of the guests, with the help of the supervisor.- Maintain her section (room allocation) in good condition.- Use cleaning products appropriately for the different materials and surfaces to be cleaned.- Adapting priorities according to the clients or Dispatchs request (internal service).- Keeping an up-to-date room report for the day and checking that it is consistent (names of clients, bedtimes, departures, etc.)
