Job Description

Reservations Agents sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests, capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation:

  • Register reservations and  confirm them 
  • Process traces + comments to ensure proper follow-up of files.
  • Follow up on No Shows
  • Check all reservations 3 days before the arrival of the clients
