About this roleWe are looking for a proactive and motivated Finance Intern to support the Infomineo Finance Team in Morocco in everyday transactions, such as bookkeeping, AP processes, travel expenses and purchase orders processing, tax preparation and filing, bank payments to suppliers and employees.The Finance Intern will be responsible for supporting the Finance coordinator in the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of the financial reporting.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their career in corporate finance.What will you do:

  • Maintaining physical and online files/archive for the supporting documentation as per law.
  • Helping with Recording financial transactions in the accounting system as per the Moroccan
GAAP for our Moroccan entity.
  • Helping with Balance Sheet reconciliation and preparation of the standard individual financial
reporting
  • Petty Cash Management.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Completing administrative routines relating to purchase orders, invoices, expense claims and
payments.
  • Helping in Preparing and filling taxes.
  • Helping with the Preparation of the yearly accounting books, financial statements and tax
reports, as well as yearly audits, as statutorily regulated in each country.
  • Drafting the board resolutions and shareholders? meeting minutes as part of the compulsory
accounting books.
  • Liaising, Coordinating and communicating with Vendors and Internal and external parties
when needed.
  • Preparing customer invoices and helping with Collection.
  • Helping with other administrative tasks related to Finance.
