Job Description

Position:EMEA Business Service Support Data AnalystBusiness Data Analyst at Arrow is typically involved in:

  • Working with EMEA countries to drive sales support service activities
  • Acting as a point of contact for support services quoting and renewal teams
  • Reporting on support services country performance (to countries and leaders)
  • Performing simple renewal quotes and act as point of contact for country enquiries
  • Creating reports, analysing big-data bases, and presenting your findings
  • Driving and taking ownership of Support Service renewal business
Who are you?
  • You speak English fluently
  • You have minimum 2 years in similar role (IT industry is preferred)
  • Have VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) knowledge and experience
  • Have a basic understanding of SQL (especially use of Update Statements)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions
  • Strong experience with advanced PowerBI
  • You have great communication and analytical skills
  • You are customer obsessed and have proactive attitude
  • You are independent, flexible, and a self-driven person
