Job Description

We are looking for an HR Development Specialist within Morocco 2, who will be responsible for ensuring all actions related to the development and recruitment of Aptivs salaried employees, in accordance with the groups policy and management guidelines.Your Role:As an HR Development Specialist you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:

  • Ensure the creation and updating of job descriptions, job profiles & organizational charts of Aptiv.
  • Conduct IS employees recruitment interviews: sourcing, pre-selection on file, screening, face to face interviews.
  • Ensure the End to End recruitment process of the IS population.
  • Conduct internal recruitment interviews.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS within Aptiv: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support for new recruits by managers and buddies.
  • Prepare and ensure the display of all communications related to HR development: welcome, Job opening announcement,...
  • Ensure the update of development tools: PBP, 9block, TRP...
  • Develop a pool of candidates: internal & external, in advance according to a proactive approach.
  • Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of peoples development.
  • Participate in partnership agreements with schools and universities.
  • Manage the status of trainees and their integration.
Your Background:
  • BAC+5 in Human Resources Management
  • Advanced English is Mandatory
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • knowledge of career development, management tools and interview techniques
  • Good analytical and synthetic skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility.
