You will work as a facilitator for improvement projects and establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success. As a Continuous Improvement Associate, you will support the program by taking care of project governance, project reviews, communications, trainings, certifications. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues. It is your dedication and hard work that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.*How You Will Achieve It* * Contribute to the completion of project tasks and milestones.* Work with process teams to identify and execute improvement projects.* Work closely with Lean Program Lead and project coaches on areas ranging from project design to project closure and sustainability.* Bring together cross-disciplinary teams when working on complex problems or pursuing business opportunities.* Develops and maintains the CI boards.* Supports installation of CI element to the assigned Process-Centric Team (PCT)* Manage Tier 1 CI process: including facilitating the Tier 1 CI meeting, updating the CI board, and coordinating CI project prioritization.* Contribute to CI projects at Tier 2 CI meeting.* Analyze data from data collection systems to help set daily, weekly, and monthly prioritization and escalation decisions by the Process-Centric Team Lead and create the Pareto of losses as a key input to the Tier 1 CI meeting.* Serve as the point of contact for other units to share losses resulting from the activities of this Tier 1 team, including these in the overall Pareto of losses for use in the CI meeting. Escalate to Tier 2 major losses caused by the activities of other units.* Trains and coaches the team on problem solving, lean methodology and root cause analysis tools.* Attends and contributes to the daily Tier 1 / tier 2 meeting.* Works with PCT to update role cards and/or standard work plans at least annually.* Ensures that the active CI projects are up to date & progressing in a timely manner.* Work with site functions to prioritize CI projects and monitor their progress with respect to timelines, resources, and commitments.* Promote the common understanding of CI strategy and culture across the company.* Promote good practices and share knowledge across the site and within the PGS network to benefit from organizational learning. Support human factors program to ensure human error reduction.* Collaborate with quality / EHS investigators when there is a human error Category to ensure proper root cause identification and effective CAPA.* Reproduce approved practices from other sites directly or via PHP Community of Practice (CoP)* Support PHP practitioners (who do Quality and EHS investigations).* Develop communications and help colleagues to identify opportunities at work to use current tools, methodology proactively to reduce human errors.
