Job Description

Ensure the quality of the DB and Improve the production process

  • Reinforce WHS?s inputs checking, and create a file to analyze and confirm the trends
  • Improve production delay
  • Reinforce the production process by using WHS?s file to improve the NDF, price update to avoid clients enquiry
  • Improve the quality check of the DB (corrections, new products) by doing some checking before the deliveries to avoid unhappy customer
Collection
  • Improve the number of days (DSO)
  • Avoid payments delay
  • Follow up on payment
  • Help commercial team to achieve DSO goals
Renewals process
  • Prepare contracts / Addendums for clients
  • Proceed to the renewal in the system (SFDC)
