Ensure surveillance of oral and written communications among key stakeholders on major European capital markets where Societe General operates using the firm?s monitoring tools.? Ensure timely and high-quality processing of potential market and non-market abuse alerts;? Ensure follow-up of key identified issues and assist in remedial and resolution thereof;? Liaise with other EMEA CMS surveillance team members, advisory Compliance officers and other key stakeholders and build synergies regarding key topics;? Maintain up to date CMS policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes (EU / FCA);? Proactively and timely escalate issues to management;Technical experience:We welcome applications from experienced candidates as well as fresh graduates in finance, audit, capital markets, controls with:? Fluency in French and English? A keen interest and good understanding of financial markets? Highly analytical approach regarding performed surveillance? Accurate record keeping and ability to manage and prioritize multiple review requirements.? Absolute discretion regarding highly sensitive information?
