University degree with excellent academic record; advanced degrees preferred
3+ years of relevant experience

WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will join the Africa geographic research team based out of our Casablanca office.The team works alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge across the continent in all sectors and industries.The Africa geographic team is comprised of analysts situated in most of our offices around the continent who form a strong community and will support with coaching and mentorship. The Geo team forms part of the larger Client Capabilities Networkas well which is a global network and includes more than 4,500 research and knowledge professionals. Colleagues in our global Client Capabilities Network deliver distinctive client impact through assets and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation.WHAT YOULL DOYou will provide insights into Africa to support client service teams.In this role, you will conduct end-to-end research in response to specific questions raised by clients via client service teams. You will source information from internal and secondary data sources. You will then analyze and synthesize this information as well as create well-organized and concise end products to deliver implications and insights to consulting teams.You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. As you develop and become known for your expertise on a particular topic, you will play a more active role on our consulting teams and work more directly with our clients. You will also develop new proprietary tools and knowledge in your area of expertise as well as contribute to the development of our team by coaching and training less experienced colleagues.There is flexibility to hire at Analyst or Senior Analyst level, depending on candidate experience.
