1. Encourage, supervise and mentor the team.2. Evaluate the quality criteria on each of its employees to ensure that the Standards are well acquired and put into practice in order to ensure consistency in quality of service.12. Provide training to hotel employees (FSITP, guides and queues, ...)SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:1. Ensure the follow-up and archiving of objects found in the establishment.2. Assist guests experiencing difficulties in using the safe available in their rooms.3. Assist clients in opening their room door in case of loss or non-functioning of their key.4. Welcome visitors, members of external companies by registering them.5. Fill out the handrail and keep up to date the lists necessary for the accomplishment of the various missions.6. Guide guests as soon as they enter the hotel and answer any questions they may have.7. Know the different services and benefits offered to customers and the schedules of the different points of sale.8. Ensure the cleanliness of the security station and the entrance of staff.9. Respect all the provisions applicable to employees: procedures corresponding to uniforms, time checks, hygiene.10. Communications skills (french and english)
