To plan and execute import/export shipments and to ensure that its operations run efficiently through application of ocean. To efficiently manage operational exchange with Sales team for achievement of desired customer satisfaction. To manage team initiatives. Managing effectively direct reports, proactively giving feedback for a better performance ? proactively engaged in escalations? Receive booking & confirm Pick up instruction with customer,? Send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guide.? Send pre-alert (pre-arrival notice) to customer? Politely and proactively update customer with status of shipment, keep both overseas and customers informed about any delay or unusual situation occurred for their shipments at the first priority.? Make sure that all the shipping instruction clearly registered on the checklist/tracker for operation and documentation?s guideline? Make sure the team is sending pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP? Make sure the team is tracking shipment till POD? Keep your direct manager informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation? Back up for either direct manager or operation during their absence and annual leave? Provide report/s of customer?s data and information under the instructions of the individual sales person.? Timely feedback to individual sales person once any shipment discrepancy including non-payment issues has been detected? Make sure team register all OI and CCM bad analyze discrepancy and work on corrective action? Make sure team, collect and verify all commercial and shipping documents from customer? Control and responsibility in GP, Cost and Revenue? Make sure the cash collection is done within the team? Reports performance of the team on quarterly basis? Decision maker of the team when Head of Product is away? Generate positive vibes to the team - motivational approachRequired Skills? Understand business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.? Remains calm, objective and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations.? Maintains effective performance under pressure. Stays positive.? Gained experience in a similar area at least 5 years? Excellent cooperation and team work capacity? Focuses on identifying and meeting customer needs. Acts to establish a successful long-term business partnership with internal and external customers? High Business School in logistics? Minimum 3 years? experience in Sales? A business acumen? Enthusiastic and passionateQualifications and Experience:? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification? Fluent English?
