Job Description

We are looking for someone who is responsible for the delivery of an outstanding level of customer service, support and manage service activities. Developing and managing solution-led approach which facilitates account profitability. Providing regular reporting and update of the function activity and ensure delivery of service to maintain customer satisfaction. he will reporting directly the Product Support Manager.Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Conducting a service visits requested by supervisor & after market manager.
  2. Conducting a service visits to customer sites for Periodic maintenance and equipment check.
  3. Delivering new equipment to customers and start it up.
  4. Finding out the error, determining the required parts & install it to customers machine to fix it.
  5. Following up quotations with Division Manager.
  6. Following up orders status with Division Manager.
  7. Confidentiality for all information, document & prices.
  8. Achieving the assigned targets & Service stuff to accomplish targets.
  9. Mentoring and coaching stuff performance and dealing with non performing gaps.
  10. Conducting technical training for stuff.
  11. Receiving all customers need and requirement from Service Engineers.
  12. Keeping record for all customers (maintenance, S/P quantity & types)
  13. Managing company assets effectively including parts inventory, and test equipment.
  14. Preparing weekly Activities report, visit schedule report, visits detailed report & quotations? report for Division Manager.
  15. Enforcing and monitoring guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  16. Supervising the Processing of new equipment in preparation for delivering it to customers.Carrying out all jobs assigned by Division Manager
