Job Description

  • Maintain good relationships with clients and key personnel and ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing the clients required reports and collecting from the clients collection officers requirements.
  • Study competition and industry trends and suggest ways to improve services and products
  • Analyzing the current portfolio and monitoring the status movements.
  • Will act as the Key point of contact between the EG-Debt Settlement Team and CBC (Cross Border Center) and Domestic EG and Domestic UAE teams.
