Prepare and follow up the implementation of the project plan to ensure that the project is implemented by the scheme
Job Responsibilities
Identifies all changes that may affect the project to fulfill the project plan
Preparation of project plans containing financial projections and cash flows to promote the implementation of the plan and compliance with the planned budget
Periodically updates the project plan by changes occurring during the project to implement the project
Follow-up on the implementation of the project plan by the outline and identify persons to ensure compliance with the plan
Follow-up on corrective actions identified by senior management to ensure compliance
