Responsible for:úÿDeveloping preventive maintenance system, focusing on delivering bottom-line value via strategic planning and effective management system for the departmentúÿMonitored all activities of maintenance staff, ensuring that all the requisite resources like manpower, materials/equipment & approvals/certifications are made available for ensuring a smooth work flow at site.úManaged and scheduled daily technical maintenance activities and provided the necessary resources and spare parts to carry out repairs and ensure a proper execution of maintenance activities.úMonitored the Maintenance plan through technical KPI targets efficiency, availability, cost and performances. Reported all machined problems.úÿFollow-up measurement of performance rates for engineers and technicians and analysis of the causes of deviations from the required performance rates and the development and follow-up plans for correction.úÿFollow up the registration and study of the history of machines in terms of consumption of spare parts and crash rates in order to improve performance and reduce costs.úÿEnsuring the maintenance of equipment, good operation and effective communication with the production management to reduce the failures and speed of repair and achieve preventive maintenance plans.úÿFollow up the safety precautions and regulation prior to every maintenance job.úÿDesign contingency plan to deal with emergencies.úÿFollow up the preventive maintenance plans for equipment and implement them with the highest quality and minimum time to maintain performance measurement KPI.
