Visit each new patient on day of admission for the purpose of taking a full history, detailed
Physical examination & report the data in the medical file
Ensure follow up of inpatients 2 times daily, monitor clinical condition & ensure that all lines of treatments are given & investigations are properly done
Documentation of progress notes 2 times per day
Support for ER & ICU when needed & on emergency basis within 10 minutes of call
Support of OPD when needed
Support of OR with ensuring proper documentation of operative data & anesthesia report
Regular & continuous contact with the consultants to ensure patient safety, follow up medications, lab , radiology & orders of transfer & discharge , with proper documentation of data
Ensure providing detailed clinical advise on admission &discharge of the patients in adetailed manner
Standards for the area under supervision Get sure elective implementation of joint commission international (JCI)
