Preparing and executing long & short shut down plans for plant.Determining the goals of the department in accordance with company?s strategic plan and goal and communicate it with the employees in thedepartment.Managing all maintenance department activities related activities and department staff, protocols, disciplines and processes.Supervising and executing plant maintenance & inspection works in safe, efficient and cost effective manner and to ensure that all processes work to maximum available capacities.Planning & effecting preventive & predictive maintenance schedules of plants to increase machine up time & long term equipment reliability.Developing and executing maintenance strategies & Procedure. Improving & updating the maintenance preventive & predictive program regularly.Preparing preliminary budget estimates for a capital and operating requirement includes provision of annual manpower; preparing annual budget for all plant mechanical areas.Preparing spare parts control & coast reductions for spare consumptions.Supervising and monitoring the performance level of the staff for ensuring accomplishment of target. Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings to staff for discussing current work issues and devising solutions.
