Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Management Engineer to join our team in North Coast, Egypt. As a Facility Management Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will work closely with the facility management team to identify and resolve any issues, as well as implement improvement strategies.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
  3. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  5. Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce energy costs.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management.
  2. Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
