Overlooking the summer season operations of Marsa Baghoush project with residing occupancy of units as well as commercial activities.
Leading the community management team to ensure that all processes, functions and systems are in place to sustain premium service is provided to the customers as well develop the community management team .
Acting as the first escalation point for critical or unresolved dispute or residents? requests.
Acting as the first point of contact for residents and always ready for on?call emergency response.
Overlooking the maintenance programs both scheduled and reactive for all aspects of the community.
