? Receive jobs from team leader and complete as per schedule ? Follow manufacturers? safety, quality measures, procedures, and use protective equipment provided? Attach duly filled checklist with all periodic maintenanceService ROs to confirm the all points checked ? Carry out trouble shooting / fault diagnosis on vehicle / equipment systems and major repairs unsupervised as per specifications mentioned in service manuals? Assist team leader to submit estimate as soon as possible? Ensure quality repairs the first time( No repeat jobs)? Tie warranty tags on replaced parts and keep it in right place? Advise the team leader of any unexpected repairs which might cause a delivery delay ? Ensure non-warranty parts are kept in the vehicle/ equipment after completion of repairs? Ensure the ?Next service due? sticker is fixed after PM Service is carried out? Ensure the tidiness/ cleanliness of workplace, uniforms, serviceability of tools etc.? Guide junior staff in diagnosis and repairs when assigned? Carry out all activities mentioned above at customer site when assigned to site repair duties ? Any other duties that may be assigned by team leader or superiors
