Automobile - Group Marketing ManagerReporting to General ManagerGrade- 3Notice Period-02 MonthsNationality: Bahraini (Male / Female)Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Business.Experience: 4-6 Years? experience in similar positionLanguage: Fluent in English & ArabicKnowledge of: Must have a Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field with minimum.Familiar with: Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies. Also, possess proficient written, verbal and spoken communication skills.Main Responsibilities:Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Overseeing the company's marketing budget.JOB DESCRIPTION Duties & Responsibilities:? Overall brand and image management? Strategy formulation to achieve volume objective and maximize market share.? Formulation of Sales and marketing programs to ensure best return on investment? Finalizing, monitoring and controlling of marketing budget.? Pricing to maintain completeness while maximizing profit and volume opportunity.? Research programs to build deeper understanding of consumer segments.? Liaising with ad agencies for developing brand, tactical and corporate campaigns.? New model launch, motor shows, press conferences, press release & customer retention activities? Medium and long-term forecasting to identify need for capacity/ network expansion? Developing and defining best practice guidelines? Internal and external communication? Handling of all PR Activities and Interaction with PR agenciesDefines and implements targets and suitable measures for the Marketing department:? Develops and ensures a consistent marketing strategy and planning based on customer needs.? Conducts SWOT analysis of all current marketing activities at the retailer.? Conducts strategic reviews and amend objectives and approaches as required with general manager, finance & administration manager, sales manager (new car and used car), aftersales manager and CRM manager.Observes the market and initiates marketing activities: ? Establishes and implements a marketing strategy for retailer.? Coordinates importer customer communications.? Coordinates marketing initiatives and events.? Coordinates potential marketing opportunities across retailer?s departments. ? Ensures marketing communications are in line with Brand CI and approved by the regional sales manager. ? Coordinates with car brand departments on brand and product events.Leads and guides Marketing employees:? Is responsible for all personnel decisions regarding the marketing employees (plans staffing requirements, hires and reduces the staff; if applicable in consultation with general manager or finance & administration manager).? Conducts regular meetings to discuss target agreements/feedback and achievement of objectives.? Conducts annual appraisal process with the marketing employees which includes the definition of an individual development plan for each employee.? Acts as a role model and ensures brand-compatible employee behavior.Steers and controls operational management, manage inventory: ? Improves retailer?s customer experience and ensures customer feedback is accurately captured. ? Responsible for attending relevant Brand training courses and self-development and ensure an understanding of car evaluations.? Plans, steers and controls overall marketing budget incl. measures and aligns with corresponding KPIs and management report.? Takes responsibility and conducts the sales funnel management.
