I. Position SummaryT?V S?D Middle East is a subsidiary of T?V S?D AG, headquartered in Germany, focusing on consulting, testing, inspection, certification and training. .For establishing business in Bahrain, our Sales Department is currently looking for a passionate professional Sales Engineer who takes over the responsibility of developing Third Party Inspection, Training & Certification business in Bahrain. II. Responsibility? Marketing and exploring the new business opportunities.? Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.? Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.? Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.? Effectively dealing with Oil & Gas companies and other Government companies, with regard to pre-qualification of the entire range of services.? Interfacing with the Client, with regard to the entire range of services to achieve organizational goals and objectives.? Responsible to identify/define, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy in line with the company Strategy.? Monitoring the future projects, tenders in the market.? Ensuring Revenue targets & Collection from the assigned clients. Co-ordination to ensure compliance of Sales Management Process.? Organizing Business Meeting with Key & New Customers in coordination with senior management.? Develop market intelligence, competition info and find pro-active measures to protect high net worth clients.? Understanding the present status of new companies and taking initiative for improving the service level for a lasting/growing business relation. III. Professional Experience ? Bachelors/diploma in any Engineering discipline. ? Minimum 2- 5 Years in inspection or similar industry in Bahrain. ? Sound knowledge of TPI market
