? Plan and set performance parameters / sales targets for outdoor sales staff? Contribute to improving the gross profitability from outdoor sales? Follow-up and ensure that the Sales Executives achieve the monthly and annual sales budgets from Dealers / Power retailers and Institutions? Carry out the annual performance appraisal of the Sales Executives? Ensure that the Sales Executives collect the payments on time from Dealers and Power retailers as per the Division?s agreed credit policy terms? Provide training for the Sales team on key features and specifications on all Brands / product categories handled by the Division? Coordinate with General Manager to finalize annual agreements with Power retailers and key dealers? Plan promotions with all the Power retailers based on the marketing budgets available.? Address issues related to complaints from Dealers and customers on deliveries and after sales service? Coordinate closely with warehouse and Service Center to ensure effective after Sales services to all Dealers and institutions
