The Banking Centre is seeking part-time Lecturers.The candidate must meet the following requirements:Bachelor?s degree in relevant subject, or equivalent professional qualification is requiredMaster degree in relevant subject, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred such as FRM or PRMMembership of a relevant professional body is desirableMinimum 3 years knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programsMinimum 3 years industry experienceCore Job Responsibilities:Teach and manage learning activities on a range of courses provided by BIBF and associated subjects (standard, professional, customized and/or academic) coursesProvide support and recommendations on innovative teaching/training techniques that create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst participantsAssist the planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum; manage and monitor the quality and relevance of course content and methods of deliveryReview syllabus, textbooks, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, handouts, visual and other aids; document and record the course contents in alignment with BIBF?s policies and proceduresFollow up with students for any course submissions, case study analysis, assessment reports, etc. assigned to them as a part of the course/program requirement; verify and assess/grade all submissions (as required)Act as an Assessor or internal verifier, if appropriate; else identify assessors as required for the courseParticipate in invigilation of exams as requiredInterested candidates should send a cover letter, a detailed C.V. with three reference names to:Email: moc.f1522784706bib@s1522784706reera1522784706c1522784706
