? Candidate must shoulder the task of improving tires and batteries business through strategic planning, marketing and managing the sales team and tire service centers ? Plan and process order for tyres, batteries, Lubricants and Garage equipment in line with the market demand and sales statistics. ? Strategic planning to ensure maximum revenue while controlling operational costs. ? Market survey, competitor analysis by segmentation, and presenting our products competitively to the customers.? Planning and conducting product launch, sales campaign etc.? Ensuring adequate brand awareness and signage visibility of the products we handle. ? Drive the sales force to ensure maximum outreach to customers/dealers with specific target given to each sales man/executive.? Improve existing dealer sales volumes and develop new dealer net works..? Monitoring sales performances of sales executives, service centers, dealers etc and feed back to the management for adequate rewards/incentives.? Carry out product training to our sales and service team as well as to dealer sales staff.? Review product pricing and timely revise the same to cope up with market competition while ensuring optimum profit.? Inspect claims of tires, batteries etc and compensate the customers in line with the manufacturer?s claim replacement policy.? Process product claims with principal manufacturers and follow up the same.? Collection of due payment from customers and to maintain good relationship with customers and dealers enhancing customer satisfaction.? Prepare monthly stock and sales statistics report of each product and send the same to principals as per their requirement. ? Submit all relevant management reports on regular basis.? Attempt all tenders from ministries and corporate customers.
