Our Client is looking for a Design Director to join their Bahrain office. Our Client is an award-winning global design firm with a reach stretching from the Middle East to Asia. Their high-end projects are challenging and inspiring to those who design, build and live amongst the ever-changing environments.The Design Director will be leading and liaising design teams in Bahrain and in Asia, and will help develop design solutions. The Design Director will oversee all aspects of design through conception to completion. This role will be hands-on which includes the Designing, mentoring, training and supervising senior and junior designers. In addition, the Design Director is expected to present to clients and form great working relationships.Requirements:? Bachelors of Architecture or Interior Design.? Minumim of 10 years of experience in design.? Must have experience in: 4-5* Hotels, F&B Outlets, High End Residential Towers? Ability to create and develop detail design.? Must be Design focusednot Project Management.? Fluent in written and spoken English.? Can clearly express ideas through Hand Sketches or SketchUp.? Handle a project from A-Z.? Excellent interpersonal skills.
